Ned Frazier Park
Frazier Park is a narrow park that anchors the south side of Old Decatur Historic District. It is located between Ferry and Line streets. In 2003, a traditional Japanese tea garden was created through a generous donation by Daikin America. In addition to the Japanese garden, the park also includes park benches, picnic tables and a water fountain. Due to the beautiful landscape, the park has become a popular venue for small weddings or photo opportunities and it now boasts electrical outlets to aid in such events.
