Wilson Morgan Park

Wilson Morgan Park is over 100 acres located right in the heart of Decatur. The complex is known for its top-tier six field softball complex! The softball complex includes four inner fields with a concessions stand, restroom facilities and pressbox. All fields are laser-graded and are fully equipped with covered dugouts and electronic scoreboards. The complex also includes ample bleachers and multiple covered pavilions with picnic tables. There are an additional two fields right in proximity to the complex with bleachers and electronic scoreboards. Wilson Morgan also includes a variety of other recreational amenities. The E.C. Sandy Blackard Tennis Complex includes six tennis courts, there is also a soccer field and two mile walking/biking trail. Wilson Morgan is home to an outdoor Fitness Court, courtesy of Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Alabama and the National Fitness Campaign. Also on-site is the Decatur Dog Park. The dog park opened in 2019 with over two acres of grass and landscaping for dogs to run and play unleashed. The park contains a Large Dog Area (25+ pounds) and a Small Dog Area (less than 25 pounds). The park is open from dawn until dusk. Every dog must display their rabies tag and all posted rules must be followed.
