Point Mallard Waterpark Operations Update:

The operations team at Point Mallard Waterpark has been working diligently to create a plan for our summer opening.
Throughout this process, we have reviewed all necessary procedures for guest and team member safety --- including social distancing guidelines, sanitization, and reduced capacity limits.

As a community-owned summer destination, we pride ourselves on both serving our community and creating fun-filled memories for all. Safety is our top priority.

Preparing our park each year includes extensive training for our team. Under the current restrictions, there are sizable barriers to conduct the required team training.

At this time, we have made the difficult decision to not to open for the 2020 season. This is certainly not a decision that comes easily. We are committed to taking this time to ensure our 50th anniversary season next year is the best yet!

Next Steps

All purchased Point Mallard 2020 Waterpark Season Passes will be automatically rolled over for the 2021 season. Every 2020 season pass that is converted to next year will automatically receive up to $10 in future Fun Bucks to spend in the Park.

Those who choose not to roll over their 2020 season passes to next season can request a refund. Instructions are listed on our website, www.PointMallardPark.com, on how to complete this process. Requests for refunds must be submitted by Friday, June 26, 2020. Any refund not requested by this date will be automatically rolled over for use of the 2021 season. Please allow up to two weeks after the deadline to receive your refund.

Please call (256)341-4902 for questions.
