The Therapeutics Program provides recreational activities to assist special needs individuals with social skills, behavioral rehabilitation, speech, motor skills and many areas of emotional support in order to improve their quality of life.  The staff of the Therapeutics Program of the Decatur Parks and Recreation Department are educated and trained to engage special needs individuals with a variety of recreational activities.
