Swimming is a great low impact activity for the whole family.  The Aquadome Pool is an indoor, heated, 25 yard pool that is open year-round. We offer lap swim for all ages called Healthy Lifestyles Aquatic program,private and group swim lessons for 6 month olds to adult, water aerobics and water walking for all ages. Public swim times are available and we also have a Special Olympics swim team.

Decatur Parks and Recreation also has an outdoor pool at Carrie Matthews Recreation Center that offers zero depth entry, water features, and a maximum pool depth of 5 feet. The Carrie Matthews Pool is open Memorial Day thru Labor Day.
